We are dedicated to advancing women in construction by partnering with educational institutions to develop programs that educate and empower underserved members of our global community. Our mission is to educate the community about renewable energy, connect them to workforce programs, and explore funding opportunities for local community initiatives. Through advanced training and workshops, we aim to build a better-informed workforce and provide meaningful opportunities to all.
